°. Integración . El Consejo Directivo estará integrado por cinco (5) miembros así: - El Ministro del Interior y de Justicia o el Viceministro de Justicia quien lo presidirá. - El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE, o del organismo que haga sus veces, o su delegado. - El Director del Instituto Geográfico “Agustín Codazzi” o su delegado. - Dos (2) representantes del Presidente de la República, quienes no podrán ser notarios, ni registradores en el ejercicio de sus cargos, ni haberlos desempeñado en el período inmediatamente anterior. El Superintendente asistirá a las reuniones del Consejo con derecho a voz.

Parágrafo

El Secretario General de la Superintendencia será el Secretario del Consejo Directivo.
