ARTICULO 4.2.0.15.- PLAZO PARA REALIZAR LA OFERTA PUBLICA. En los actos que autoricen una oferta pública de valores deberá indicarse el término dentro del cual ella deberá realizarse. Vencido dicho término sin que la misma se haya efectuado caducará la autorización respectiva.
