El producto de la venta de los bienes a que se refiere el artículo 3° de la Ley 108 de 1936 , se invertirá en la ejecución de obras públicas en los lazaretos, construcción y mejoramiento de los acueductos, dotación de colonias agrícolas y talleres industriales en los Leprocomios y en las obras de sanidad que determine el Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social.
