- Las disposiciones de los capítulos XII, XIII y XIV del Código de Minas, tendrán aplicación para las minas a que se refiere este Decreto. La aplicación de estas disposiciones, llegado el caso, se hará de acuerdo con lo prescrito en el mismo Código, especialmente en el capítulo XXV sobre "Juicios Especiales".
