º. Los elementos decomisados o aprehendidos en desarrollo de los procedimientos señalados en los artículos 2º y 3º del presente Decreto, serán puestos a disposición del Comandante de Unidad Táctica o Unidad Operativa o del Comandante del Departamento de Policía, según corresponda, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes al decomiso o la aprehensión.
