°. De la aprobación por parte del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarias, Dainco. Una vez recibidos los documentos indicados en el artículo anterior, el Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, Dainco, adelantará el estudio respectivo y mediante resolución motivada aprobará o negará la solicitud. El tiempo transcurrido entre la recepción de los documentos y la decisión del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, Dainco, no podrá ser superior a un (1) mes. CAPITULO II Del concurso de méritos.
