Cédula de extranjería. La Unidad Administrativa Especial - Migración Colombia - procederá a la expedición de la correspondiente cédula de extranjería, con carácter gratuito, a los nacionales venezolanos cónyuges o compañeros permanentes de los nacionales colombianos deportados, expulsados o retornados, que sean titulares del Permiso Especial de Ingreso y Permanencia o del Permiso Especial Temporal de Permanencia, para efectos de su identificación en el territorio nacional.
