Cuando se destruyan, pierdan o sustraigan originales de sentencias o providencias interlocutorias de las que sea necesario hacer uso y no fuere posible recuperarlas, la secretaría tomará copia auténtica de las que hubieren quedado en cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo anterior o procederá conforme con el inciso 2º del artículo 155, y la colocará en el respectivo expediente en donde obrarán como original.
