Control de tutela. Los Gobernadores ejercerán el control de tutela sobre los actos administrativos que profieran los Alcaldes. Dicho control se cumplirá conforme al artículo 94 ordinal 8° del Código de Régimen Departamental. Cuando de la revisión considerare que tales actos son inconstitucionales o ilegales los remitirá al Tribunal Administrativo correspondiente, acompañados de escrito en el cual se formulen las observaciones.
