Art. 4. ° Los Pagadores de que trata el artículo 2. ° remitirán por correo, ó cuando las circunstancias lo permitan, á la Pagaduría Central de la República, una relación detallada de los gastos que hayan hecho, con excepción de los pagos á los Habilitados, que figurarán en la cuenta de Remesas, como dispone el artículo 7.° del Decreto número 365, de 10 de Agosto del presente año.
