Habrá unidad de caja, con los ingresos que se obtengan se formaran un acervo común, contra el cual se cubrirán todos los gastos. A los recursos de crédito que deba amortizar el Fondo de Desarrollo Comunal, se les llevará una cuenta especial de contabilidad, sin que esto signifique una separación de fondos.
