Art. 5.° La Administración departamental de Hacienda nacional de Cundinamarca no seguirá llevando los libros de que trata el artículo 4° del decreto número 1,007 de 1888. Dicha Oficina recibirá del Tesoro general el papel sellado y las estampillas de timbre nacional, los distribuirán entre las demás Administraciones departamentales de Hacienda y llevará la estadística de los ramos mencionados y de los de las Casas de Moneda, degüello, impuesto sobre minas, faros y muelles.
