Gastos de administración. Las entidades aseguradoras emisoras de las pólizas mediante las cuales se cubran riesgos políticos y extraordinarios devengarán el veintisiete por ciento (27%) del total de las primas emitidas por este concepto con el fin de sufragar los costos de administración y expedición.

Artículo 2.16.1.3.4. Gastos de Administración. Las entidades aseguradoras emisoras de las pólizas mediante las cuales se cubran riesgos políticos y extraordinarios devengarán el veintisiete por ciento (27%) del total de las primas emitidas por este concepto con el fin de sufragar los costos de administración e intermediación.
