Medidas Cautelares. A las personas naturales o jurídicas que estén realizando actividades de vigilancia y seguridad privada con medios caninos sin contar con licencia de funcionamiento y/o permiso expedido por la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada, se les impondrán las medidas cautelares de que trata el artículo 75 del Decreto 356 de 1994, sin perjuicio del decomiso de los perros que estén siendo utilizados en tales actividades.
