Articulo 56. Liquidación. El Gerente General de la Caja será el liquidador de la misma, salvo que la Asamblea de Accionistas-Junta Directiva acuerde unánimemente otra coca; sus facultades ser las que la ley señala a los liquidadores y las que la Asamblea de Accionistas-Junta Directiva quiere asignarle.
