°. LIQUIDACIÓN DE LA ADICIÓN AL PRESUPUESTO DE GASTOS O LEY DE APROPIACIONES. Adiciónese el Presupuesto de Gastos o Ley de Apropiaciones del Presupuesto General de la Nación de la vigencia fiscal de 2021 en la suma de DIEZ BILLONES NOVECIENTOS CINCUENTA Y CUATRO MIL TRESCIENTOS SESENTA Y CINCO MILLONES OCHOCIENTOS SETENTA Y OCHO MIL OCHOCIENTOS OCHENTA PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($10.954.365.878.880), según el siguiente detalle:

En virtud de lo establecido en el

del artículo 63 de la Ley 2155 de 2021, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público podrá efectuar distribuciones en otras secciones presupuesta les, para atender necesidades de gasto social que surjan de los programas establecidos en dicha Ley.
