La rehabilitación en la interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas operará ipso-jure al cumplirse el término por el cual se impuso su pérdida como pena. Para ello bastará que el interesado formule la solicitud pertinente, acompañada de los respectivos documentos ante el Registrador Municipal de su domicilio, el cual le dará inmediatamente tramitación.
