Decreto 2206 de 1963 · Por el cual se organiza la Junta Monetaría

º . La Junta Monetaria designará dos (2) expertos para que la asesoren en forma permanente en el cumplimiento de sus funciones, los cuales tendrán voz pero no voto en las deliberaciones de la Junta. Los expertos deberán ser personas de reconocida preparación teórica y de experiencia en materias monetaria y cambiaria, el uno, y el otro en economía general, producción y comercio exterior.

Parágrafo

Los expertos serán de libre nombramiento y remoción de la Junta Monetaria, y tendrán las mismas incompatibilidades del Superintendente Bancario.
