Vacaciones individuales. Las vacaciones individuales de los servidores y las dependencias que no hacen parte de la vacancia judicial serán concedidas por el nominador por turnos a petición de parte o de oficio de acuerdo con las necesidades del servicio, por un término de veinticinco (25) días continuos por cada año de servicio.
