Las operaciones de Crédito que celebre o garantice el Gobierno Nacional en desarrollo de los artículos 1° y 10 de la presente Ley, requerirán para su celebración, validez y perfeccionamiento del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el Decreto extraordinario 222 de 1983 y las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
