Para hacer más practica y eficaz la lucha contra la anemia tropical, la fiebre amarilla, el paludismo, la tuberculosis y la lepra, y prestar a la humanidad más útilmente su concurso científico, el Consejo Superior de Sanidad ordenará que en las comarcas azotadas por cualquiera de los flagelos arriba enumerados, se dicten conferencias mensuales por Comisiones Sanitarias nombradas con este objeto; y se haga cuanto sea posible para vulgarizar el conocimiento y aplicación de os medios profilácticos u curativos que la medicina emplea hoy para prevenir y curar dichas enfermedades.
