Artículo cuarto . Todo fabricante o importador que distribuya o venda directamente o por intermediarios, abonos simples o mezclados sin haber registrado previamente el producto o sin exhibir, en el empaque, la información de que trata el artículo anterior, incurrirá en multas de diez ($10.00) a quinientos ($500.00) pesos que se le impondrán por medio de resoluciones del Ministerio de Agricultura. Además, el producto no podrá continuar siendo distribuido o vendido mientras no se dé cumplimiento a esos requisitos.
