Al llegar á un puerto en que estuvieren ancladas las embarcaciones, los Capitanes de vapores lo anunciarán por medio del pito del buque. La omisión de este deber los hará responsables de una multa de cincuenta pesos y de los perjuicios que se ocasionen á las otras embarcaciones.
