°. Requisitos . Para acceder al subsidio de la Subcuenta de Subsistencia del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, las personas de las que trata el artículo 2° del presente decreto, deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos

Ser colombiano.

Tener como mínimo 55 años de edad si es mujer o 60 años de edad si es hombre, edad que a partir del 1° de enero de 2014 aumentará en dos años.

Residir durante los últimos diez años en el territorio nacional.

Acreditar la condición de retiro como madre comunitaria del Programa de Hogares Comunitarios de Bienestar Familiar a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la Ley 1450 de 2011.
