Corporación Nacional para la Reconstrucción de la Cuenca del Río Páez y Zonas Aledañas “Nasa Kiwe”. Establecimiento público del orden nacional dotado de personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y patrimonio propio que tiene por objeto adelantar proyectos y programas para la atención de las necesidades básicas de los habitantes de los municipios, así como la reconstrucción y rehabilitación de la zona afectada a que se refiere el Decreto 1178 de 1994.
