Artículo 1º . Modifícase el artículo 3º del Decreto 934 de 2003, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 3º. Definición de aprendices. Para efectos del presente decreto, entiéndese por aprendices, los alumnos de los programas de formación tituladas y los alumnos de los programas "Jóvenes Rurales" y "Jóvenes en Acción" cuya formación imparta directamente el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, Sena. También se consideran aprendices los estudiantes universitarios que contemplen práctica empresarial en el desarrollo del pénsum de su carrera profesional".
