Art. 4° Corresponderá también á los Consejos Universitarios la adopción de textos, de acuerdo con las disposiciones del Gobierno, y las demás facultades que les den las Asambleas ó los Reglamentos de las respectivas Gobernaciones. Estas últimas deberán ser sometidas á la aprobación del Gobierno.
