En caso de fuga notoria de un comerciante se procederá por el Juez, a petición de cualquier persona, sea o no acreedora de Cámara de Comercio, o de oficio, a la ocupación de los establecimientos del fugado y se prescribirán las medidas que exijan su conservación.
