En los Distritos Judiciales en donde el Tribunal esté dividido en dos Salas, para la elección de Jueces, cada Sala, en el respectivo Ramo, presentará una terna de candidatos, y el tribunal elegirá de la terna el que deba ser nombrado en cada caso.

Estás ternas se formarán por mayoría de la respectiva Sala. Puedes prescindirse de ésta formalidad cuando el Tribunal unánimemente acuerde el nombramiento.
