Art. 2º El artículo de pago se describirá cargando el respectivo Capítulo del Presupuesto y acreditando la caja por el valor pagado. Este artículo se comprobará con un recibo que dará el interesado, en el cual se debe consignar el número de la orden, el nombre del acreedor, la naturaleza del crédito, y el Departamento, capítulo y artículo del Presupuesto á que se imputa el gasto. Queda en estos términos reformado el artículo 223 del decreto número 77 de 1888, sobre Contabilidad de la Hacienda nacional. Publíquese.
