Decreto 3 de 1968 · Por el cual se reglamenta el Decreto número 1630 de 1963, sobre fomento financiero de las sociedades cooperativas

º . El Instituto tendrá derecho a un cupo de redescuento en el Banco de la República, en la forma y términos que fije la Junta Monetaria, teniendo en cuenta lo siguiente

Que no se afecte el cupo de crédito que actualmente tiene concedido el mismo Banco a las cooperativas de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 95 del Decreto número 1598 de 1963, crédito que se seguirá prestando por conducto del Instituto, y

Que se le apliquen favorables sistemas de redescuento que permitan incrementar las cooperativas con medios adecuados de financiación.
