Las disposiciones de este estatuto relacionadas con el reajuste de los Bonos de Valor Constante para Seguridad Social, así como de su tasa de interés y su forma de pago, empezarán a regir noventa días después de la fecha de su expedición. Igual plazo se aplicará en lo relativo a los reajustes previstos en el valor e intereses de los empréstitos al "Fondo Nacional Hospitalario" de que trata el ordinal b) del artículo 5º. Y de sus intereses.
