ARTICULO 3.2.3.12.- REGIMEN DE COMISIONES. La Superintendencia de Valores podrá establecer que determinadas operaciones de bolsa no tengan una comisión mínima, o determinar comisiones mínimas diferentes a las contenidas en los reglamentos de las bolsas actualmente vigentes. Para tal efecto dichos reglamentos deberán adecuarse a las disposiciones que sobre el particular expida la Superintendencia.
