º. Del Consejo Asesor . El Consejo Asesor de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia estará integrado por cinco (5) expertos en materia económica, financiera, de mercados de valores o de legislación general, de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República, y cuyos honorarios serán fijados por resolución ejecutiva.

Parágrafo

El Director del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras (Fogafín), participará en el Consejo Asesor de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, en calidad de invitado permanente con voz y sin voto
