ARTICULO 39. Normas Generales para las Reuniones de la Junta Directiva. - En ausencia del Ministro de Defensa Nacional, presidirá la reunión de la Junta Directiva del Club Militar, el Oficial en actividad de mayor antigüedad que forme parte de ella. El Director del Club asistirá a las reuniones de la Junta Directiva con derecho a voz pero sin voto. Actuará como Secretario de las reuniones de la Junta Directiva, el funcionario que determine el Director del Club Militar.

Parágrafo

La Junta Directiva podrá sesionar válidamente con la asistencia de cinco (5) de sus miembros y las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría. CAPITULO XI. SERVICIO AEREO A TERRITORIOS NACIONALES - SATENA
