º.Para los efectos del Decreto que se reglamenta, se entiende que hay recepción de dineros provenientes de enajenación de inmuebles antes del permiso a que se refiere el artículo 4º del Decreto 2610 de 1979, si quien desarrolla la actividad no desvirtúa mediante contrato válidamente ce lebrado, que el recibo de dichos dinero obedece a una relación contractual diferente al objeto de control.
