Organización. El Colegio tendrá los siguientes órganos directivos

Asamblea Nacional;

Junta Directiva Nacional;

Tribunal Disciplinario;

Fiscal;

Director Ejecutivo. El Consejo Nacional será organismo asesor de la Junta Directiva Nacional. Las Unidades Regionales tendrán su Consejo Directivo, Tribunal Disciplinario y un Director Ejecutivo cuando lo amerite, que serán elegidos conforme a lo dispuesto por el reglamento interno del Colegio. (Artículo 20 del Decreto 1945 de 1996)
