Deberán liquidarse y entregarse al Fondo Nacional de Ahorro, conforme a las disposiciones del presente decreto, las cesantías de empleados públicos y trabajadores de los ministerios, departamentos administrativos, superintendencias, establecimientos públicos y empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado del orden nacional.
