Reglamentación . El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo; el Ministerio de Transporte y la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la expedición del presente decreto, deberán expedir la reglamentación requerida para poner en funcionamiento el Programa de Fomento para la Industria Automotriz.
