Autorizase al Gobierno para establecer la exportación exclusiva y la venta en el Exterior de los metales llamados platino, paladio, iridio, rodio, osmio y ruthenium y de todos los minerales radioactivos, y para dictar los reglamentos conducentes á la ejecución de esta Ley cuando lo crea conveniente para los intereses de la República, y especialmente para el progreso y desarrollo de la región del Chocó.
