º . El personal docente que preste servicios en la División de Selección y Capacitación, percibirá una sobrerremuneración hasta de un veinticinco por ciento (25%) mensual de su asignación en la escala. Por medio de decreto se reglamentará su reconocimiento y pago. Esta sobrerremuneración reemplaza la establecida en las Resoluciones números 148 de 1972, 874 de 1979, JD-08 de 1980 y JD-09 de 1980.
