Art. 1.º Las Legaciones de primera y de tercera clase que funcionan en Francia y España, respectivamente, quedarán retiradas el 30 de Junio próximo. En la misma fecha cesará en sus funciones el Agente fiscal de la República en Europa. Las dos Legaciones de primera clase que funcionan en Venezuela y Bolivia y Perú se retirarán el 28 de Febrero de 1890 El Encargado de Negocios cerca del Gobierno de Chile continuará ejerciendo sus funciones sin sueldo, pero con derecho á $1,200 anuales para gastos de Oficina y escritorio desde el 1. º de Junio próximo.
