° para los efectos del artículo 20 de la ley 49 de 1.927 dividense en tres clases las construcciones o reedificaciones de casas baratas que debe fomentar el Banco Agrícola Hipotecario incluyendo en ellas el valor del terreno o el valor de la finca que vaya a reedificarse. Pertenecerán a la primera clase aquellas cuyo valor total, una vez terminada, no pase ($5.000); a la segunda, aquellas cuyo valor no pase de ($10.000); y a la tercera aquellas cuyo valor no pase de ($30.000).
