Aclárase el artículo segundo del Decreto 1467 de 1999 en el sentido de que se nombra a Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera, identificado con la CC No 19184765 de Bogotá, como Ministro de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, en reemplazo de Carlos Roberto Murgas Guerrero, a quien se le acepta la renuncia y no a Rodrigo Villalba Bustillo como aparece allí.
