Fase documental. La Fase Documental consiste en la evaluación de documentación relevante y apropiada suministrada por la Ayuda Popular Noruega (APN), con el fin de que la Dirección para la Acción Integral Contra Minas Antipersonal (DAICMA) determine la capacidad de la Organización en cuanto a su situación jurídica, la capacidad e idoneidad de su personal para desarrollar actividades de desminado humanitario, cumpliendo lo establecido en la presente Sección.
