Artículo tercero. La referida comisión se reunirá en el puerto de Buenaventura el 1º de noviembre de 1955; será, presidida por el señor Superintendente General del Puerto y funcionará, pon los representantes de las entidades anteriormente mencionadas que concurran a sus sesiones.
