El que sin permiso de autoridad competente o con incumplimiento de la normatividad existente, cazare, excediere el número de piezas permitidas o cazare en épocas de vedas, incurrirá en prisión de dieciséis (16) a cincuenta y cuatro (54) meses y multa de treinta y tres (33) a novecientos treinta y siete (937) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes, siempre que la conducta no constituya delito sancionado con pena mayor.
