Art. 5.º Para los efectos del artículo anterior, todos los Cónsules, Vicecónsules y Agentes consulares de la República en los mercados extranjeros á donde se envíen frutos de exportación procedentes de Colombia, estarán en la obligación de remitir por cada correo al Ministerio de Hacienda y á todos los Administradores de Aduana, Revistas certificadas sobre los precios corrientes de los efectos de exportación.
