LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo primero. El estatuto especial de titulación de inmuebles para el Archipiélago de San Andrés y Providencia lo constituyen todas las normas sustanciales y de procedimiento contenidas en el presente Decreto y las que dicte el Gobierno en ejercicio de la potestad reglamentaria.
