Articulo 1° La participación a que se refiere el artículo 1.none de la Ley 30 de 1940, correspondiente al presente año, podrá ser cubierta al Departamento de Cundinamarca en documentos de deuda pública o en pagarés cuyo vencimiento no sea posterior al 31 de diciembre de 1942.
